It’s lit.

The hype for Travis Scott’s long-awaited “Astroworld” album has reached levels of mass hysteria.

Scott has spent the past month in Hawaii reportedly to finish the LP, with a stellar troupe of collaborators, including Dean, Nav, Sheck Wes, WondaGurl, Don Toliver, Gunna, Allen Ritter, Amir “Cash” Esmailian, Frank Dukes and Wheezy.

Earlier this year in May, we had a taste of the forthcoming project with “Watch“, a single featuring Kanye West and Lil Uzi Vert.

And, now, Astroworld gets its first official confirmation of a release date.

The news was verified a couple of nights ago by Mike Dean, frequent collaborator and one of the several known producers to have worked on the LP, as he slated the drop for August 3 via a Hypebeast Instagram Live takeover.

That’s less than a full week to prepare a spare set of pants.

The man can do no wrong. Check out his recent collaborative kick with Nike Air Force 1, here.
