James Harden is splashing his confident style on a new adidas release. Collaborating with the popular brand on the first colorway of the Harden Vol. 1, the NBA player has named it “Imma Be a Star.”

Harden talked to Hypebeast about always having high aspirations as a child basing his inspiration for these sneakers on that feeling. The young aspiring basketball player even left a note for his mum saying ‘Could u wake me up at 7:00 and could u leave me a couple of dollars. P.S. Keep this paper. Imma be a star.’
