Netflix has released the trailer for a documentary which is set to tackle the ongoing controversy surrounding the use of recreational marijuana, and the effects it has on the United States.

With the discussion of the recreational use of marijuana becoming more prominent in the mainstream, the documentary marks as the directorial debut for Hip-Hop innovator Fab 5 Freddy, and is set to feature the likes of many prominent weed-smoking musicians including Snoop Dogg, Damian Marley, Cypress Hill, Killer Mike to name a few.

The documentary is also set to tackle the link music and art have with cannabis, and how the drug highlighted racial disparity; a rife topic within the criminal justice system amongst black and latino communities in particular.

With 4/20 coming up, you’ll certainly be surprised to know that the documentary will arrive on Netflix on, you guessed it: the 20th of April.

Stay tuned for the first episode, because what better way would anyone want to spend 4/20.

If you’re looking for other fun things to do on 4/20, how about this dog dating event over the long weekend.
