KICK: SB Dunk High

COLORWAY: “Black Hornet”

RELEASE: February 23, 2019

PRICE: $110.00 USD

BUYNike SNKRS, Black Sheep, 1991 Skateshop.

The All-Star Weekend bought us a stacked release calendar, with the latest hyped drop being one of the craziest remodels of the Nike SB Dunk High yet.

In collaboration with and designed by Black Sheep, the shoe – dubbed the “Black Hornet” – makes nods to Charlotte city, imitating the Hornets‘ mix of turquoise and purples to make an iridescent dream.

The sneaker’s toe box and heel areas are also covered in the iconic elephant print that became so well known from the Air Jordan 3, with the swoosh’s holding an extra stringer accent to bring together the perfect homage to the Charlotte team.

Not only is the sneaker itself a full-on bug vision, but the Black Sheep in-store release will also have you walking away with exclusive packaging, including Nike SB stickers, mini basketballs, stinger ridden laces, honeycomb deubrés, a branded drawstring bag and a hive decorated shoe box.

The kicks will be released on February 23, 2019, on the Nike SNKRS app and in most retailers; however, the Australian drop is on February 22, 2019, in-store at 1991 Skateshop, with any remaining stock up for sale online.

Speaking of iconic basketball creps, check out the preview on Travis Scott’s latest Air Jordan 6 collab.
