Having already racked up a huge fan base from Childish Gambino and boundless acting roles in the latest blockbusters, there’s no surprise this talented human has had his hit tv series, Atlanta, renewed for a third season.

 

Having debuted in 2016, the show’s already scored two Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series, Outstanding Directing for a Comedy Series, a Peabody and a couple of Golden Globes too.

 

American network, FX co-president Nick Grad spoke highly of the series: “Atlanta is phenomenal, achieving and exceeding what few television series have done”.

 

Whether it gets a retitling like Season 2 did, (Atlanta Robbin’ Season), the third season is rumoured to have a release date in 2019, so you’ve got enough time to re-watch season one and two.
