The office today has an eery vibe, we’re all recovering of what can only be described as the unofficial Aus long weekend. So we’re soothing our headaches with some soul beats from  ROSÉXMOËT and bzkt, while attempting to pump ourselves up with hip hop sounds from s v i n t ☩ j v m e s and NOtation.

 

Here are a fresh finds for this week.

 

1. NOtation

 

NOtations ‘Run It’ has a evident Kendrick Lamar influence, with his underground west coast sound. The track features Almattic with his fast spitting rap and produced by Fate.

 

 

2. ROSÉXMOËT

 

The smooth soulful sounds of ROSÉXMOËT will ease your hungover self into the week. The slow, acoustic beats mixed with an electronic production, it’s hard not to love this new release.

 

 

3. bzkt.

 

This instrumental sound is filled with Ta-ku influence with bzkt’s rhythmic sampling. The Washington-based producer’s new release titled ‘we should fucking go’ is smooth start to the working week.

This rappers deep beats have earned himself nearly 1 million plays on his Soundcloud this week and we can understand why. The new release titled ‘Old Friends’ has a strong production with raw samples and a smooth lyrical flow.
