What: Liverpool on a Roll

When: 5-10pm, Saturday March 30, 2019

Where: Greenway Park, Greenway Drive, West Hoxton, NSW, Australia.

If there are two things everyone can agree on about food festivals, it’s that selecting from countless options of dishes and cuisines proves to be a hard feat for our stomach capacity : food wishlist ratio.

Liverpool on a Roll sounds like it will give us no exception, offering a range of multicultural spots with both sweet and savoury options, making sure no one goes home craving a Maccass run.

The lineup involves a broad list of food trucks, with all dishes $12 and under as well as no entry fee, (yes, that just made the decision of what to indulge in a whole lot harder).

We can expect a range of different bao creations from Bellbird Dining & Bar – we’re gunning for the pork belly kimchi bao -, everyone’s favourite Vietnamese street food classics from Bun Me Baguette, Italian-inspired dishes from Mac Street Diner and a pork belly x eggs benedict hybrid from Black Elk Espresso.

On the menu for dessert comes Fluffy Crunch‘s sweet treats like their fairy floss burrito, Cream’d‘s insane Thai ice cream roll masterpieces, and Crossroads Hotel‘s deep fried Oreos.

To wind down and relax before hitting the trucks for round 2, grab a Pimm’s or a local brew from the pop-up beer garden and find a spot near the live entertainment.

There’ll also be market stalls selling fresh, seasonal produce to take home and make your own food-festival-worthy dishes with, too.

Catch all this and more at Greenway Park on March 30, and stay in the loop via Liverpool on a Roll‘s Facebook page.
