For any Harry Potter fans out there (and I think there may be one or two of you) there’s something exciting coming your way this holiday season.

The Village Penrith in Western Sydney is transforming into the Great Hall, giving all HP zealots the chance to have a Christmas feast in the vein of the world’s favourite boy wizard.

Dinner will consist of fat roast chicken, roast beef, and all the expected accompanying sides. Think potatoes, buttered peas, and, of course, pumpkin pasties. According to the event’s Facebook page, pumpkin juice and “other magical drinks” will be available as well.

There will be a family-friendly lunch from 12 – 3pm but for anyone who feels children should be banished to cupboards under the staircase, an 18+ dinner will run from 6 – 9pm.

Grab your tickets now, it’s a one-day-only event and is expected to sell out quick.

While we’re on the topic of extended fantasy universes, did you get the official Marvel timeline right?
