Late rapper Mac Miller‘s posthumous album, Circles, will be receiving a deluxe edition soon, with two new songs included.

Circles was first released on January 17 following a surprise announcement from Mac’s family. The album was intended to be a companion piece to his Grammy-nominated Swimming (2018). “Two different styles complementing each other, completing a circle – Swimming in Circles was the concept,” Mac’s family told fans. “This is a complicated process that has no right answer. No clear path. We simply know it was important to Malcolm for the world to hear it.”

The project was completed by Mac’s long-time producer Jon Brion after the Pittsburgh rapper’s tragic passing in 2018. As his sixth and final studio album, it was widely praised and charted No. 3 on Billboard 200.

The two new songs, titled “Right” and “Floating”, will be available for listening when the deluxe album releases on CD on March 6. It’ll be available on streaming platforms on March 20, and there’ll also be vinyl on the way later on April 17.

We’ll be listening to Circles on loop until then. RIP Mac Miller, forever.

ICYMI, Ava DuVernay will be directing a doco on Nipsey Hussle, and it’ll be available on Netflix later.
